Current Position: Shareholder
Mark has over thirty-five years of public accounting experience. He has performed audit and assurance and business advisory services in every aspect of Intermediate and Local School Districts, Governmental Units, Non-Profit Organizations and Financial Institutions. Mark has been awarded the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement for Governmental Accounting and Auditing.
Prior to joining Straley, Ilsley & Lamp, P.C. in 1989, he worked for 14 years with various local and regional accounting firms with an extensive background in auditing.
Mark is a graduate of Northern Michigan University where he attained his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in General Business.
